Here is what The family spokesman said after taking a journey with Mr Taxi,

‘‘Mr.Taxi provided the ideal solution, it was the answer to a prayer. The passenger never left her wheelchair. The transfer to and from the taxi was smooth, safe and more importantly pain free. She was sitting in the wheelchair the whole time and breaks were not a problem either. The design of the vehicle also enabled her to be able to enjoy the journey and she was able to see what was going on and enjoy the wonderful Lake District scenery, rather than being slumped in one position in a conventional family saloon car.

In addition, Neil Brown was excellent providing a slick, friendly and caring service. Mr.Brown’s wife, Jo, also travelled with my Mother on both the outward and return journeys to accompany her and to help out with comfort stops en-route. My Mother thoroughly enjoyed both journeys and was able to spend a happy and relaxed Christmas safe in the knowledge that the journey home would be as pleasant as the outward trip. In short, we were delighted with the whole experience and would recommend Mr.Taxi to other wheelchair users, and their families, for both short and long journeys, we shall certainly be using the service again in the future.’’
